Refund policy
At Girls Trade Too, every product is made for you. Our physical products are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which means each physical product is printed only after you place your order. Our digital products are delivered instantly. Here's how returns work across both.
Physical Products
All physical products sold by Girls Trade Too are produced and shipped by Printify. Because every item is custom-made just for you, Printify does not support returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse — that includes ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind after purchase. Please double-check your selection at checkout.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund when you submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.

You'll need:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what's wrong
You don't need to ship the damaged item back. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, please include one photo showing all affected items in the same frame.
Lost or undelivered packages: If your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's truly lost in transit, submit a claim through Printify's form above within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Wrong address at checkout: Printify does not offer free reprints for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please review your shipping info carefully before submitting your order.
Print placement on apparel: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, Printify allows a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Because access is delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital download, template, tracker, or guide once the order has been completed.
Before you buy, please review the product description carefully so you know exactly what you're getting.
Technical issues: If you have trouble downloading or accessing your digital product, email us at girlstradetoo01@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll get you sorted. Technical access issues are not the same as a refund request. We'll always make sure you receive what you paid for.
Order Cancellations
Physical product orders cannot be canceled or modified once Printify has started production, which typically begins shortly after checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
